Neil Cartwright - Vehicle Rental Manager
Neil joined us way back in 1992 and has run the rental department ever since. Day to day Neil manages our rental vehicles coming in and out of the business. Neil enjoys football, golf and a pint of Guinness!
Tony Pratt - Assistant Vehicle Rental Manager
In 2017 Tony joined West Midlands Hire. Tony has been in the rental industry for 16 years he started his career in the rental industry in 2001, then by 2010 he worked his way to operations manager. Tony works alongside Neil running our busy rental fleet. Tony is a West Bromwich Albion supporter, so enjoys watching them play.
John Harrison - Business Development Manger
John started at West Midlands Hire in April 2017. He has been in the industry for somewhat 20 years now. Johns main responsibility is to build relationships with local businesses and existing companies to keep contract hire and rental side of the business flowing. In John's spare time he loves watching the baggies with a pint in his hand, or you will find him enjoying family time with his two boys.
Andy Ridley - Service Manager
Our service manager Andy has been working at West Midlands hire since 1979! He first started washing vehicles an now he has worked his way through the business to service manager. Day to day Andy manages the busy workshop teams and ensures our fleet is maintained. Andy has a 3rd Dan black belt and enjoys kickboxing, martial arts and going to the gym.
Emma Ridley - Service Administrator
Emma joined the service department working along side her Father in 2012. Emma works in the busy service department ensuring that all of our vehicles have been maintained along with taking care of all the paper work and invoicing. Emma is currently planning her wedding. Just like her dad she has a black belt and enjoys martial arts and going to the gym. That's when she's not shopping or eating at nice restaurants!
Joe Byrne - New and Used Vehicle Sales Manager
Joe is our new and used vehicle sales manager, he started working for us in May 2017. Joe has 30 years experience in the commercial vehicle sales industry. Previously, he has worked for some of the leading manufacturers. Joe manages the sales of new and used vehicles here at West Midlands Hire. Joe enjoys sports such as golf and football.
Bernard Mortiboy - New and Used Sales & Acquisition
Bernard has been with us since May 2017. He has been the industry for around 36 years, he has worked with HGV's and light commercial vehicles. Bernard left school at 15 and trained as a mechanic at Smiths removals in Great Lister Street. His hobbies include carpentry and his cars!
